ACMP Vancouver Chapter Presentation Series – Building Change Capabilities with Mini-Case Studies

Join us for the next session in the ACMP Advanced Practitioners Presentation Series.

Central 1 Credit Union enables a thriving credit union system in Canada through the provision of digital, payments and treasury services to more than 200 credit unions. The challenge facing Lee Anne Davies at Central 1, hired into a newly created change position, was to rapidly move the enterprise from change maturity level zero into an ‘enabled’ change maturity state. In 9 months Central 1 adopted a common change language, an enterprise wide set of change tools and models, and initiated a company-wide training program from executives to front line, to embed change readiness practices. One of the successful techniques used was the application of mini-case studies to enable change capabilities. In this interactive session Lee Anne will share a few case study examples and how these were linked to practical change tools and techniques. Get ready to step into the shoes of an employee who is new to enterprise change approaches and to consider if you can apply this approach in your organization.
