UBC – Director, Transformation and Change Management, IRP Student

UBC’s Integrated Renewal Program (IRP) Student is seeking a leader with both an academic and administrative background to lead and direct the academic and business transformation vision and change management strategy on UBC’s journey to renew the Student information ecosystem anchored by the implementation of Workday Student.

This role will provide senior level strategic management and guidance on academic/business transformation and change management strategies, plans and activities that enable the program’s overall success in engaging the UBC community and its academic governance bodies in designing, adopting and sustaining new operational models and system(s).

The role is responsible for facilitating transformational change in the broad UBC Student administration domain, and ensuring substantive, effective engagement of all levels of Student administration stakeholders in realizing the desired benefits.

As part of the OCM team, the Change Management Advisor works with business owners, project leads and other stakeholders to identify and address people, organizational, process and technology impacts and is responsible for development of OCM plans and hands-on execution of identified OCM activities.
