from physical space to virtual place

Join our event with Gwen Stirling Wilkie, an experienced change leader, organization development consultant and the author of the book ‘From Physical Place to Virtual Space – How to design and host transformative spaces online’. She will introduce the outline of her book and share some of the differences that make a difference in doing change management and transformation consulting work in virtual spaces.

Gwen will share new models, tools and insights for creating transformative spaces online. These include:

  • The Virtual Space of Participation – to aid you in understanding how participation is different in virtual projects and how to plan for that
  • Design Options for virtual change and transformation programs – to help guide your choices for different design options to sequence the workshops and events that shape a transformation program
  • Online Presence and ‘Use of Self’ – to enhance your presence and impact when hosting and facilitating virtual workshops and leading consulting assignments

In this interactive workshop session Gwen will use a mixture of short input, interactive tools, breakout sessions and whole group conversations. You will be expected to participate fully in the session with your video and mic on
