AGM November 2024 – Board Profiles
To fill the open 2024/2025 Board positions, the Board of Directors appointed a Nominating Committee to identify qualified and interested candidates. Through newsletter, emails and conversations, the committee sought candidates that we feel will serve our members well during the two-year term. These candidates will be presented for confirmation at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 6, 2024.
Suzanne Mack
With over 15 years’ experience in Change Management and project management primarily in the healthcare sector, Suzanne has spent the last decade working on a major hospital redevelopment project with a focus on helping clinicians navigate large-scale changes. Suzanne holds both PMP and Prosci certifications and is eager to join the Board and contribute her skills to support the change management community.
Christelle Gallegos Contreras
Christelle brings over four years of change management experience with a background in psychology. She has led global initiatives, including HR process improvements across Latin America and a large-scale sustainability transformation impacting 70,000 employees. Passionate about driving meaningful change, Christelle also contributed to digital transformations in sales. As a volunteer with the ACMP Vancouver Chapter, she recently developed a data-driven dashboard to improve membership engagement and believes in equipping everyone with change management skills to foster impactful leadership.
Arjina Mangat
Arjina is a seasoned change management professional with a background in health sciences with over seven years of experience integrating project and change management principles to foster sustainable organizational transformation. Arjina’s certifications include a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from Royal Roads University, a Project Management Certificate from UBC, and Prosci certification. Arjina actively engages in continuous learning and peer mentorship in complex change initiatives. She looks forward to joining the Board to advance the field by fostering collaboration between change management and project management organizations, supporting growth within the change community.
