Join our last workshop presented by Advanced Practitioners before the summer break! Andrew Horlick and Lisa Kempton will co-facilitate a discussion on the hot topic: how to measure the contribution of change management to benefits realization.

A common challenge for change management practitioners is getting senior leaders to commit time, resources and funding to address the people side of change. In this interactive session, Andrew and Lisa will answer the following questions to help you gain the commitment of your change sponsors to invest in change management:

  • How do you define success for a change initiative?
  • What roles are involved in defining and ensuring success?
  • How do you explain to your sponsor the contribution of change management to achieving success?
  • What, how and when should you measure to show the contribution of change management to realizing the benefits for your change initiative?

To get the most value from this session, please come prepared with an actual change initiative to use as a working example.

The session is intended for intermediate to advanced practitioners.

Date & Time: May 31, 2021 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm PST

Registration: Members will receive an email from ACMP Greater Vancouver with event and registration details.
