AGM Recap & Introduction of the 2025–26 Board of Directors

On November 19, 2025, 30+ ACMP Greater Vancouver members gathered at UBC Robson Square for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the past year, celebrate our chapter’s achievements, and welcome new leaders for the year ahead. With quorum met and a room full of engaged members, the evening carried a sense of momentum and optimism for 2026.

A Look Back: Highlights From Our 2024–25 Year

The AGM opened with a President’s Report reaffirming our shared vision: to be the leading hub for change management excellence and community in Greater Vancouver. Members reviewed progress against our three strategic goals:

  • Strengthening learning and growth through events such as Beyond the Plan, Voices of Change, and our May and September connection sessions.
  • Expanding partnerships with Prosci, UBC Sauder, PMI, and IIBA, alongside participation in ACMP Global and cross-chapter collaborations.
  • Enhancing chapter operations with improved board processes, financial stewardship, governance updates, and refreshed chapter resources.

Directors also shared updates on communications, mentorship, partnerships, and events, all of which continue to grow member engagement and strengthen our chapter identity.

Celebrating Our Volunteers

The AGM recognized the volunteers whose time, talent, and heart made this year’s work possible. From newsletter contributors to LinkedIn support, from mentors to event hosts, the chapter’s success reflects a vibrant community willing to contribute and lift each other up.
