Pacific Blue Cross is looking for a Manager, Change Management

Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the manager will serve as an internal consultant to PBC’s Management Team with respect to developing and facilitating change management initiatives that support business readiness, change learning, and change progress by all stakeholder groups.  The manager works in collaboration with Organization Development and Learning and Development departments to build organization and individual capabilities to support PBC’s People Strategy.
