BCIT is looking for a new Director of Organizational Development

This position directs the development and delivery of strategies, plans, programs and initiatives aimed at continuously developing the Institute and its people in support of the mission, vision, values and key objectives. Responsible for a diverse portfolio that includes employee engagement, professional development, performance management, change leadership, employee onboarding and workforce/succession planning, the Director serves as an agent of cultural change, supporting the development of an engaged, innovative, and future-focused environment that supports the adaptive leadership required in a progressive, academic organization.
